- Facilitate Client Administration and Engagement Analysts group virtual training sessions
- Provide on-site facilitation for group WBT training sessions organized in the local offices
- Support the logistics planning for the overall program, coordinate with the local offices and act as a point person for on-site delivery
- Develop, review and update training content to support the localized training sessions (content slides, uPerform simulations, exercise scenarios, etc.)
- Consolidate, route and resolve IBS training related queries that are harvested during the sessions
- Work with the Power User network,SMPs and IBS Solution Architects to gather, review and update course materials, while coordinating with off-shore development partners as required.
- Ensure integration with other IBS Change Management
